Pro Skills Basketball offers a professional youth basketball experience through comprehensive player development, certified and positive coaches, and organized parent communication. We take great pride in developing campers to their fullest potential. We strive to do this by providing a positive upbeat experience that provides positive competition while promoting self-esteem, repetition, team concepts, self discipline, and most importantly FUN. Any boy or girl between the ages of 7 and 16 is eligible for camp. BPSC is perfectly suited for all skill levels from the beginner to the aspiring college basketball player. Each camp is arranged in groups according to age, size, and ability. We have over 60 coaches that include head coaches, assistant coaches, collegiates, and former players that all share the knowledge and enthusiasm required to be a BPSC camp instructor. We pride ourselves in maintaining a 10-1 camper to coach ratio so everyone can be developed on an individual basis.

Camps and clinics are run at Gardner-Boggs Field and led by the Baseball Coaching Staff. The Concordia youth baseball camps will consist of learning the fundamentals of the game and applying techniques to improve skills on the diamond. Each camper will have a chance to gain experience in fielding, throwing, and hitting in each camp taught by a collegiate coaching staff and players that have won American Southwest Conference Tournament Championships and reached the NCAA Regionals and Super Regionals. Campers will have a chance to experience a brand-new turf field, new indoor batting cages, a new clubhouse, and an updated camp format. Campers will also participate in scrimmages during the week.

AUSTIN BASEBALL IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION

• Each camp will be limited, and campers will be split into groups based on age that will remain consistent for the duration of camp
• Each group will have at least 1 possibly 2 dedicated coaches that will stay with that group for the duration of camp
• Parents/guardians will be allowed to attend camps, but must remain in stands
• Drop-off and picking-up of campers will be in designated areas onl
• All forms/waivers be completed during online registration
• Camp activities will take place outside and in our indoor facilities
• In the event of inclement weather, the camp will be moved indoors
• Water stations will be available to campers at all times

Texas Youth Soccer Coaching Staff

Texas Soccer Camps are run by Head Coach Margueritte Bates, and her Assistant Coaches. The Texas Soccer Staff actively participates in the day to day training of our campers. In addition to our Texas Soccer Staff, our camp also features college coaches, top high-school coaches, and high-level club coaches from around Texas and the nation. Texas Soccer camp will often feature current and former Longhorns as coaches and counselors. We strive to have a player to coach ratio between 7-10:1, with additional support staff on site at all times. Camp sessions have been known to have even lower ratios providing the best on field instruction and attention.

Every member of our staff has completed all human resources procedures required by the University of Texas, the State of Texas, and the NCAA, including a comprehensive criminal background check and training for child protection awareness and reporting. Our staff coaches and counselors maintain constant supervision throughout all camp activities, on and off the field. A licensed and experienced athletic trainer is on duty to attend to all injuries and sickness, as well as monitor levels of hydration.

We accept players of all skill levels and have evaluations to gauge each player’s abilities (no one is “cut” based on the evaluations), from which we form balanced teams. In normal years, practices start first week of November and the season culminates with a tournament in mid February. There are typically two events per week, an event being a practice or a game. Events are held at our partner facilities including Burnett, Murchison and Lamar Middle Schools, the Northwest Hills United Methodist Church, and St. Paul Lutheran School.
